Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India.\nPosition: Product Manager\nLocation: Mumbai\nWork Mode: On-site\nMin-Max Experience: 8-10 Years\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of customer-facing digital products in the retail domain. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, drive feature delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences. This role requires strong product management expertise, technology understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable digital solutions.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n1. Product Strategy & Roadmap\nDefine and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements. \nConduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend assessment to identify growth opportunities. \nPrioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, cost, and expected business value. \nDrive strategic product decisions to support long-term business goals. \n2. Product Lifecycle Management\nOwn the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. \nPrepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. \nEnsure timely execution of releases while maintaining quality standards. \nCoordinate release plans and monitor overall product delivery. \n3. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization\nAnalyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for experience enhancement. \nPartner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and customer-centric workflows. \nDevelop features that improve engagement, trust, and overall user satisfaction. \nContinuously optimize customer interactions across digital touchpoints. \n4. Technical Collaboration & Delivery Excellence\nCollaborate with engineering teams to drive integrations across enterprise systems and platforms. \nEnsure APIs and system interfaces are scalable, reliable, and aligned with architectural standards. \nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities. \nPromote Agile practices and delivery excellence across teams. \n5. Vendor & Partner Management\nEvaluate, onboard, and manage external technology vendors and solution providers. \nMonitor vendor deliverables, service quality, timelines, and contractual commitments. \nManage escalations and ensure accountability for successful project execution. \nDrive continuous improvement and effective collaboration with partners. \n6. Feature Development & Adoption\nDefine feature objectives, KPIs, and success metrics. \nWork closely with operations and business teams to ensure successful feature adoption. \nDevelop processes and enablement plans for effective implementation. \nEnsure new capabilities are integrated into customer-facing workflows. \n7. Stakeholder Management & Communication\nProvide regular updates on roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions. \nCollaborate with business, operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams. \nPresent product updates and performance insights to leadership. \nBuild alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful product execution. \n8. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement\nDefine ROI and success metrics for product initiatives. \nMonitor post-launch performance and customer feedback. \nIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue outcomes. \nDrive iterative enhancements based on data and user insights. \n9.
