Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA, with offices in the UK and India.\nPosition Summary:\nWe’re expanding our Product Engineering team at Saarthee focused on designing, developing, and piloting next-generation data, analytics, and AI-driven platforms.\nWe’re looking for experienced QA Engineers who will own quality assurance across all products, ensuring stability, scalability, and excellence in every release.\nAs a QA Engineer, you’ll design and implement the testing infrastructure, establish automation frameworks, and manage testing cycles across multiple products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure each pilot and release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.\nYour Role Responsibilities and Duties:\nOwn QA strategy and execution for all product engineering initiatives.\nDesign and implement testing frameworks and infrastructure for functional, integration, and performance testing.\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites for web and API testing using modern tools.\nCollaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nConduct manual and exploratory testing for new product features, pilots, and releases.\nDefine and track quality metrics, test coverage, and defect resolution timelines.\nManage testing across multiple products, ensuring consistent standards and release quality.\nIdentify, document, and prioritize bugs while working with developers for quick resolution.\nDrive test planning, regression testing, and release readiness reviews.\nContribute to pilot product testing, gathering user feedback and ensuring seamless performance before scale-up.\nContinuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices across the engineering team.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5-8 years of professional experience in software testing or QA engineering, preferably in product-based environments.\nStrong experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).\nProficiency in API testing tools (Postman, Newman, RestAssured).\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).\nFamiliarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6) and bug tracking systems (JIRA).\nKnowledge of test management systems (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).\nExperience in testing cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nAbility to set up QA processes, standards, and automation pipelines from scratch.\nExcellent
