Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with offices in UK and India.\nPosition: Senior Developer / SD II\nLocation: Bangalore\nWork Mode: On-Site (5 days WFO)\nMin-Max Experience: 4-8 years\nPosition Summary:\nWe are looking for a Senior Developer (SD-II) who can work as an individual contributor on projects, new application development and bug fixes, and handle tasks independently with minimal support from the Technical Lead. You will work closely with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis, design and architecture, development documents, pipelines and installers, and coordinate with our US team to deliver high-quality software.\nYour Role Responsibilities and Duties:\nWork as an individual contributor on assigned projects, new application development and bug fixes.\nTake ownership of tasks and deliver them independently, with minimal guidance from the Technical Lead.\nSupport the Technical Lead in requirement analysis, design and architecture, development documentation, pipelines and installers.\nWrite clean, secure and exception-free code, and follow engineering best practices across the SDLC.\nDebug issues and fix defects, and keep code well documented.\nCommunicate regularly with team members and the US team on progress, questions and risks.\nKeep learning new tools and technologies, and take on new challenges as the team grows.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n4 to 8 years of experience as a Software Developer\nAbility to work independently on tasks with minimal support.\nProficient with Microsoft .NET development using C#\nGood knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .NET technologies including: WCF, LINQ and ORM\nAbove average understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development life cycle (SDLC)\nGood hands-on programming experience and strong debugging skills\nExperience with source control systems (Git & GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines\nAbility to work independently on tasks with minimal support, and also in a team environment\nStrong communication skills with both internal team members and the US team\nPreferred Competency Requirements\nBasic working knowledge of inter-process communication (IPC) including Sockets, Web Services and REST APIs\nExperience with web development using MVC\nExperience with database development including SQL\nExperience with developing multi-threaded
