records.\n\nMain responsibilities\n\n· Open and close the main cash desk and receive customer payments.\n\n· Check payment amounts, banknote authenticity and supporting documents before authorised disbursements.\n\n· Record all transactions accurately in the cash management system and maintain the cash journal.\n\n· Supervise secondary cash desks, allocate authorised cash floats and consolidate cash returns.\n\n· Count and reconcile cash daily and immediately report shortages, surpluses or other irregularities.\n\n· Safeguard funds, respect cash holding limits and prepare bank deposits.\n\n· Submit daily cash statements and supporting documents to Accounting, archive records and participate in cash checks.\n\nCandidate profile\n\n· Young, dynamic and professionally presentable.\n\n· Strong communication and comprehension skills.\n\n· Willingness to work, with a proactive attitude.\n\n· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and working methods.\n\n· Experience or a background in the education sector.\n\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.\n\n Candidate Profile\n\nA minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.\n\nStrong communication and comprehension skills.\n\nProactive, reliable, organised, and professionally presentable.\n\nAbility to work accurately under pressure and handle confidential financial information.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant cash-management or accounting
