system availability through preventive maintenance, updates, backups and recovery procedures;\n\nSafeguard systems and data, track security threats and apply corrective actions;\n\nLead IT projects, including application development, ERP rollouts and system migrations;\n\nManage the IT team, coordinate user assistance and handle major technical incidents;\n\nAnalyse departmental requirements and suggest digital solutions that enhance operations.\n\nRequired skills\n\nExcellent communication and understanding abilities;\n\nStrong command of Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.\n\nNice to have\n\nPrior experience or a professional background in the education sector.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline;\n\nAt least 5 to 6 years of experience
