Prospecting\n\nConduct prospecting rounds.\n\nUtilize client files, professional networks, trade fairs, and cold calls.\n\nIdentify opportunities and contact potential clients.\n\n2. Sales & Negotiation\n\nTake orders and organize client appointments.\n\nNegotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines.\n\nOptimize client orders through a methodical approach (stock checks, order taking, promotional offers, early replenishment to avoid stockouts).\n\nEnsure receipt of invoices and client payment.\n\n3. Client Follow-Up\n\nProvide after-sales service and follow up on complaints.\n\nMaintain a privileged relationship with clients.\n\nEnsure collection of receivables within deadlines.\n\nUpdate the client file with contacts and addresses.\n\nReference products in the coverage area.\n\n4.
