requirements, the role may involve Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automated testing, and CI/CD technologies.\n\nQualifications\n\nB.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, industries are welcome.\nBasic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.\nUnderstanding of classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, interfaces, collections, exception handling, data structures, algorithms, debugging, and clean coding practices.\nFamiliarity with Java 8+ features such as streams, lambda expressions, functional interfaces, frameworks will be advantageous.\nBasic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, request-response architecture, API design, API integration, authentication, and authorization.\nFamiliarity with SQL and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies will be beneficial.\nUnderstanding of database tables, schemas, primary and foreign keys, joins, normalization, CRUD operations, transactions, indexing, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.\nExposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend applications, high-availability systems, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.\nFamiliarity with Maven, Gradle, dependency management, Java project structures, and application build processes will be beneficial.\nUnderstanding of Git, GitHub, repositories, branching, pull requests, code reviews, connection pooling, database tuning, scalability, reliability, observability, and monitoring will be beneficial.\nExposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.\nExposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial but is not required.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, technical documentation, or issue tracking will be advantageous.\nGood analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, maintainable, reliable, and secure Java software solutions.\nWillingness to work in an on-site environment.\nInternship experience, academic projects, Java projects, Spring Boot applications, backend projects, API projects, database projects, microservices projects, GitHub
