Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to be responsible for planning, coordinating, governing, and executing testing activities across Aurora deployments within the Africa Zone. The role serves as the primary liaison between the Global Testing Centre of Excellence and local deployment teams, driving testing quality, business participation, defect resolution, business readiness, and deployment readiness across all Africa Aurora programme deployments. The role will be reporting to the Business Transformation Manager: Tech Projects, with a dotted-line relationship to the Aurora Global Test Lead. It will also ensure that global testing standards, methodologies, and governance processes are consistently adopted while enabling effective local execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\n1. Central Team Alignment & Governance\nAct as the primary testing representative between the Aurora Global Testing CoE and Africa deployment teams.\nEnsure alignment with global testing methodologies, standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements.\nParticipate in testing governance forums, deployment reviews, and execution planning sessions.\nCommunicate testing risks, constraints, readiness status, and resource requirements to programme stakeholders.\nDrive consistent adoption of Aurora testing standards across all deployment teams.\n2. SIT/UAT Execution Leadership\nLead planning, coordination, and execution of SIT and UAT activities across Africa deployments.\nMaintain testing schedules, execution plans, and progress tracking mechanisms.\nMonitor daily testing progress and drive milestone achievement.\nCoordinate Tower Leads, Ambassadors, Business Users, and Functional Teams.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers.\nFacilitate defect triage and drive timely issue resolution.\nReplan testing activities when required to maintain deployment timelines.\n3. Testing Tools & Enablement\nSupport Azure DevOps as the primary testing management platform.\nTrain and guide testers on test execution, evidence management, and defect creation standards.\nEnsure testing results, execution status, and defect information are accurately maintained.\nPromote consistent tool usage and testing practices.\nSupport testing dashboards, metrics, and status reporting.\n4. Quality Assurance & Evidence Management\nEnsure testing complies with Aurora Global quality standards and audit requirements.\nReview evidence for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.\nEnsure testing documentation supports programme governance and compliance requirements.\nMonitor adherence to testing entry and exit criteria.\nValidate business sign-off and testing approval processes.\n5. Local Readiness & Stakeholder Coordination\nEnsure readiness of users, Golden Data, environments, access, integrations, and testing assets before execution begins.\nCoordinate participation from business teams, control teams, deployment teams, and process owners.\nTrack readiness milestones and escalate gaps that may impact testing schedules.\nSupport business users throughout SIT and UAT execution cycles.\nFacilitate communication across business and IT stakeholders.\nSupport readiness assessments and go-live decision-making activities.\nKey Attributes and Competencies:\n1.
