Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\n\nJob Description\nThe key purpose of this role to is to drive a consistent Service Level by ensuring superior POC execution of the Delivery Process while executing our competition strategy responsibly. Grow profitability by exploiting delivery mode opportunities.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nDelivery Productivity Management\nIn trade coaching with errant offenders on MBFU, refusals and OODD\nEnsuring that delivery modes share us adhered and continually look for opportunities to pursue cheaper modes\nMaster Data verified for accuracy\nCarry out in-trade Owner Driver standard verification\nAdherence to market visit plan within trade presence at a minimum of x4 days a week ensuring adherence to SOPs and OWDs done to open the gap where necessary\nQuality Management\nEnsure Quality is clear in the Route Delivery Execution Process and people know and follow it\nEnsure all employees understand the customer complaint process. Process is in place, KPI is tracked and there are action plans to improve results. Consumer complaints GOPS are being tracked and implemented\nEnsure that the driver base is trained and equipped to identify quality related issues and understands correct handling methodology to minimise issues Capacity Occupation and Refusal Management\nEstablish SLA with 2DCP on Capacity Occupation daily optimization\nEnsure that appropriate communication channel in place and action plans have been developed to track Refusals\nEnsure return policies are in place, and they cover all items and they are adhered to and updated. Support Service Social Systems\nEstablish routines to with CXC to track performance\nCreate an environment that allows for cross functional learning and integration\nKey Attributes and Competencies:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nSAP experience will be preferred\nKnowledge of customer service principles\nDemonstrates reliability\nGood interpersonal skills / builds good relationships\nAbility to work under pressure\nVerbal ability and communication skills\nExcellent self-management and planning skills\nStrong achievement orientation\nMinimum Requirements:\nRelevant 3-year tertiary degree/diploma, preferably in Supply Chain\nand or Logistics\n2 years’ experience in a customer service role within an FMCG Supply Chain and or Logistics\nValid Code 08 Driver's License\nAdditional Information:\n Band: VIII\nSAB/AB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
