Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe Key Purpose of this role is management of all Finished Goods (FG) inventory within the logistics supply chain ensuring product quality standards met and in compliance to all inventory governance processes and controls. All physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP, inventory differences investigated, resolved and reported\nKey Outputs and Responsibilities:\nFG Quality Management\nFG Inventory quality fundamentals standards are adhered to as per DPO & VPO requirements\nFG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock \nEnsure compliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per VPO & DPO standards\nInventory count are recorded accurately with quantities & BBD x SKU& bin cards clearly displayed as per DPO & VPO standards \nInventory concession policy applied & approved as per VPO product age standards\nFG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock \nAll FG salvages are repacked as per VPO & DPO standards\nAll obsolescence stock are decanted as per standard policy & procedure\nInventory Management\nIndependent inventory counts conducted on all FG Inventory reconciled to SAP inventory\nInventory count difference identified, investigated, resolved & reported. Un-resolved inventory count differences escalated to BLM / DCLM & RLM with commentary & action plans \nAll physical movements of FG Inventory are transacted in SAP accurately. T1 & T2 movements, Packaging receipts validated by l ine counters, write-off's are verified against signed-off documentation & gate sheets Breakages, Obsolescence & salvages stock are signed-off & processed in SAP accurately\nAll daily controls, open shipments for T1 & T2 are reviewed & resolved. All claims are processed timeously with signed-off backup documentation & SAB re-imbursed\nPOC & T2 driver route settlement corrections reviewed, approved & signed-off\nSCO BUD vs ACT costs are monitored with gaps & action plans reports \nGovernance and Risk\nAll Documentation signed-off by relevant persons, filed & securely stored as per Inventory Control Policy - Inventory stock packs, T1 & T2 shipment packs, gate register, etc.\nSecurity cameras in key points on site & random verification conducted \n3 Point independent checks are conducted on all T1 & T2 shipments for departure & arrival - Random checks conducted\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or Sciences \n2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment \nKnowledge of Stock Control Processes\nMS Office proficiency \nAttention to detail \nProblem solving ability\nAdditional information:\n BAND : IX\nSAB is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB employment equity plan and talent requirements.
