Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe Key Purpose if this role is to drive digital transformation initiatives within Logistics and Supply Chain by supporting the development and execution of digital business strategies, optimizing business processes, and leveraging technology, data, and analytics to improve operational performance. The role will play a key part in shaping the future state of Logistics through the implementation of innovative digital solutions, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement across the Africa Zone.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nDigital Strategy and Transformation\nSupport the development and execution of the Logistics Tier 1 and Tier 2 Digital Business Strategy.\n\nAlign digital transformation initiatives with the broader Zone Supply Chain and Transformation strategies.\n\nTranslate strategic objectives into clearly defined projects and implementation roadmaps.\n\nMonitor project delivery against agreed milestones, timelines, and business objectives.\n\nIdentify opportunities for digital innovation that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.\n\nProject Management and Execution\nLead and coordinate digital transformation projects from concept through implementation.\n\nDevelop project plans, governance structures, and performance-tracking mechanisms.\n\nMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.\n\nApply agile project management principles to drive effective execution and stakeholder engagement.\n\nProcess Improvement and Business Transformation\nDocument and analyze current (\"As-Is\") supply chain and logistics processes through detailed process mapping.\n\nIdentify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and digitization.\n\nDesign and implement future-state (\"To-Be\") processes to improve operational effectiveness.\n\nDrive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across logistics processes.\n\nSupport change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.\n\nData, Analytics and Technology Enablement\nLeverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support decision-making.\n\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI and other analytics tools.\n\nSupport the implementation and optimization of digital platforms and systems, including SAP solutions.\n\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.\n\nPromote data-driven decision-making across the business.\n\nStakeholder Engagement and Collaboration\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nEstablish effective stakeholder engagement routines aligned to Agile ways of working.\n\nMonitor stakeholder engagement, project adoption, and adherence to transformation initiatives.\n\nFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional collaborations.\n\nProvide coaching and support to business teams throughout transformation initiatives.\n\nContinuous Improvement and Innovation\nStay informed of emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices within supply chain and logistics.\n\nChampion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience, operational performance, and business value.\n\nKey Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field.\n\n3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Transformation, or FMCG Operations.\n\nProven project management and business transformation experience.\n\nExperience in process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation.\n\nSAP experience (essential).\n\nPower BI development and reporting experience.\n\nStrong data analysis and visualization skills.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nKnowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.\n\nEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong coaching and change management capabilities.\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally.\n\nAdvantageous\nProject management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).\n\nExperience leading digital transformation initiatives in Supply Chain or
