Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe key purpose is manage, lead and support the Quality Assurance team and to support internal customers (Plant Management S&D, and Manufacturing and Innovation/marketing) so that product quality and integrity are maintained across the value stream and business is conducted in an environmentally friendly and safe manner.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nMaintain safe, healthy and risk-free working environment\nImplement safety, health/environmental procedures and legislation\nMaintain safety and housekeeping standards\nManage Human Resources\nDevelop employees\nEnsure a positive employee relations climate\nManage and apply personnel practices\nQuality control governance for the brewery\nStandards are in place and well understood\nTraining is done against the specified methods\nVerification of the execution of the procedures to ensure that they comply with the standards\nEnsure that equipment is calibrated and is functioning as per original standard\nHighlight of any deviations to the Brewing manager, Packaging manager and Plant manager for action and stopping of the process when necessary\nManage quality control environment\nConform to value chain requirements\nManage QC administration\nOptimise the availability of measuring equipment\nMaintain and control consumable stock levels\nOptimise quality control management system\nOptimise team performance\nFacilitate effective team dynamics\nMaintain performance management system\nCommunicate effectively in the workplace\nLead Quality strategy as per VPO\nImprove quality compliance and management on site and reduce reputational risks for the site\nAchieve VPO targets and Quality KPI and PI targets for the site\nKey Attributes and Competencies:\nAssertive and analytical\nProactive\nProven leadership ability\nGood understanding of the principles and practices of Manufacturing Excellence\nKnowledge of Core Laboratory practices\nCommunication / interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels\nConceptual thinker. Analytical.
