Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nhe Key Purpose of this role is to be responsible for creating and sustaining a progressive learning environment for level 1 and 2 teams. This will be done by providing an effective service focused on the acquisition of competence to support brewery performance.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nDeliver training to the shop floor \nIdentify learning opportunities \nDevelopment and management of Apprentices\nFacilitate / Coach / Mentor on VPO and operational training interventions for Level 1 & Level 2 teams \nResponsible for the development and updating of training documentation in their respective areas \nManage the Level 1 SKAP administrative processes including ensuring all personnel records for SKAP are updated and accurate \nSchedule departmental SKAP assessments and drive adherence to the SKAP assessment plan \nEvaluate the effectiveness of training \nFacilitate the design of foundational practices \nFacilitate and assist in the development of SOP's \nCoach Team Leaders, PEST and Level 1 teams in the effective application of all VPO practices \nCoach level 1 teams on effective problem-solving techniques using the appropriate problem-solving tools \nAssist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures \nThe candidate needs to have a background in maintenance\nNeeds to have an understanding of skills development, training needs identification\nHave an understanding of training budgets and training facilitation\nFacilitate the transfer of learning \nResource appropriate training solutions \nRecord training data \nEvaluate The Effectiveness of Training \nProvide a coaching resource for the Performance and management Process (quantity and quality) for site \nKey Attributes and Competencies:\nAbility to deliver various learning and / or coaching solutions \nAbility to interact confidently at all levels \nKnowledge of the Skills Development Act and other related Legislation \nGood interpersonal skills \nGood communication skills \nMotivated Team Player \nPassion for people development \nExcellent facilitation skills \nGood self -management ability \nAnalytical ability \nMinimum Requirements:\nRelevant tertiary qualification and/or formally recognized Training and Development qualification \nAdvanced PC Literacy (MS Office) \nAt least 3 years' experience in an FMCG Manufacturing environment \nExposure to and preferably experience in the training environment \nAdditional Information:\n BAND: VIII\nSAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
