Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe Key Purpose of this role is to safely operate Coal & Biogas Boilers and associated equipment efficiently.\nQuality standards and quantity requirements on time as per the scheduled production plan.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nMonitor boiler performance \nMeasure and monitor trends of performance attributes \nApply OHS procedures \nMaintain workplace safety, housekeeping and risk-free standards \nOptimise production performance \nOperate plant and process equipment \nMonitor processes Interpret production plan and maintain the utilities operation \nReport plant, machine and process problems \nConduct autonomous operator maintenance and operator breakdown maintenance tasks \nWork in team and communicate effectively in the workplace \nContribute to self and team development \nPrepare boilers for government inspections and ensure safety standards are adhered to \nKey Attributes and Competencies:\nAchievement Driven Understanding VPO \nVPO knowledge and practices \nPhysical strength, auditory acuity, visual acuity \nCoaching Ability \nA logical, analytical problem solver who can operate in a structured environment \nTeam player \nInitiative and energy \nMinimum Requirements:\nMatric OR Grade 12 Technical skill \nTrade test would be an advantage \nComputer Literacy \n2 years general production experience in an FMCG environment \nExperience in a utilities/ processing environment will be an advantage \nAdditional Information:\n Band: XI AB\nInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
