Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?\nThe key purpose of this role is to manage shift to efficiently execute both T1 & T2 load plans to satisfy internal and external Customer service levels Inventory counts.\nKey roles and responsibilities:\nInventory Counts:\nPhysically perform and lead the morning inventory count process\nIdentify the root cause of inventory count variances and put action plans in place through problem solving tools to improve the Inventory Accuracy KPI\nReduce Supply Chain Overheads through the utilisation of problem-solving tools\nCreate and manage warehouse management tools to ensure FEFO\nTrack and trend Inventory Accuracy\nEnsure movement of materials reflects in the SAP system at all times\nLayout Implementation\nEnsure adherence to the layout in line of certain warehouse activities e.g.\nEmpties zone; Refusal zone; Order Picking zone; Re pack zone; Finished Goods zone\nImprove Quality Standards\nManage, track and trend 1. warehouse cleanliness, 2. pest control schedule adherence, 3. cross contamination from non-food grade chemicals, 4. daily temperature control and 5. product exposure\nEnsure 75% Compliance to the Global Warehouse GOP\nImplement and adhere to a Location Based Inventory System to identify stored product\nEnsure adherence to blocking standards on non-conforming inventory\nProduct quality induction programme conducted\nTrack, trend and manage repacking operation to conform to quality standards and to improve repacking productivity\nPicking Standards\nAdhere to a standardised picking process and ensure compliance through management routines to ensure a safe and productive process\nTrack, trend and manage picking accuracy and productivity through management tools\nProductivity & Capacity Managed\nEnsure 75% Compliance to the Warehouse\nAllocate and assign labour activities utilising the SKAP tool\nWarehouse Management\nImplement, track, trend and improve 5S results\nSupport the design of the management cycle e.g. Business Descriptions, SLA's, Process Maps, Indicators and ensure understanding by all warehouse employees\nDevelop and continuously validate SOPs through management routines and tools and ensure understanding by all warehouse employees\nTeam rooms managed and updated through routine meetings to solve problems and drive performance\nDevelop and maintain SCL routines and track adherence thereof\nUse problem solving tools e.g. 5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, SIC, OPLs, RACI's, OWD's, PDCA's, etc. to develop action plans to show improvement on PI's and KPI's\nCascade KPI's and PIs to individual warehouse employee level, calenderise the KPI/PI achievements and monitor individual target\nSafe Warehouse Practices\nEnsure & maintain a safe warehouse operation driving awareness and compliance to all the relevant safety blocks\nLoading and Unloading activities\nTrack and measure the PI of the loading/unloading bay allocation tool with action plans to improve productivity\nTrack, trend and manage related KPI's/PI's e.g. TCT, baytime utilisation, Hl/man Hour\nKey attributes and competencies:\nGood interpersonal skills / builds good relationships\nSuperior planning ability\nAbility to work under pressure\nGood verbal and communication skills\nGood self-management practices\nStrong achievement orientation\nAbility to adapt to and implement change effectively\nExcellent coaching capability\nMinimum requirements:\n3-year relevant diploma/degree\n2 + years Warehouse and or logistics experience\nHighly level computer user (MS Office, Oasis, Handheld devices)\nSAP proficient\nAdditional information:\n Band: VIII\nSAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.\nThe advert has minimum requirements listed.
