What is the job waiting for you?

Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive, 360-degree annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.Strategically plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of key company events, including trade fairs, customer meetings, and product launches.Drive cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with sales, after sales, product management, and other departments for maximum impact.Manage the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.Oversee and enhance all brand assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials and activities.Define and implement online communication strategies, including website management, social media, SEO, content creation, and regular updates.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of online and offline marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Lead the creation of compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels.Develop creative communication briefs for campaigns, products, and new projects, ensuring clear messaging and positioning.Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What we are looking for?

Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.Expertise in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across teams, senior leaders, and external partners.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.Fluent in English (spoken and written); a second language is preferred.Experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation techniques.Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems).Adaptability to flexible working hours and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.Willingness to travel as required.
