60018593\nPURPOSE:\nPlan, coordinate and administer resources/ facilities and support/ advice customers in order to contribute to viable and successful Broadcast Technology productions.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGY\nAccurate determination of TVOB schedule and resource capacity to maximise utilisation & revenue generation.\nProvide professional service to ensure customer come back\nBUSINESS OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY:\nDetailed project plans in line with Broadcast Technology Standards.\nMonitor in-time delivery as per schedule.\nUpdated project status on ScheduALL.\nProper documented liaison/ communication with key stakeholders to ensure well-coordinated and aligned broadcast productions.\nAccurate project administration in line with relevant SOP.\nProduction overseer in line with Project Plan & ScheduALL booking.\nAccurate reflection of project status on ScheduALL at all times.\nAccurate documented cost/ resource inputs for inclusion in project quotes.\nAttend to queries and complaints.\nMonitor/ follow up of documented feedback from resource / travel coordinators and project administrators to accurately and in time identification of resource requirements.\nDocumented dissemination of information regarding project changes to all relevant stakeholders.\nComplete records on all project correspondence to be easily retrievable/ accessible.\nRealistic inputs into project budget in accordance with project/ customer requirements.\nProper planning, coordination and scheduling of resources in order to reduce spending.\nAccurate monitoring of cost and authorization prior to expense\nOn-going monitoring and ensuring production success.\nGather and document sufficient detail information in order to accurately identify customer requirement\nProper documented liaison/ communication with resource coordinators to ensure inputs of key stakeholders and resource capability\nAccurate records keeping & storage as per SABC policies.\nDocumented dissemination of information re project changes to all relevant stakeholders\nPerform project administration in line with Project Plan & ScheduALL booking\nDetailed project plans in line with TVOB Standards \nMonitor in-time delivery as per schedule\nUpdated project status on ScheduALL\nProper documented liaison/ communication with key stakeholders to ensure well-coordinated and aligned broadcast productions\nGOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE:\nGrievances, queries and complaints resolved in accordance with SABC labour policy.\nCompliance with SABC service standards.\nAttend to all queries and complaints.\nCompliance to H&S standards\nSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT:\nAccurate identification of requirements in accordance with customer directive.\nIn time identification of suitable facilities and resources to meet production requirements.\nGather and document sufficient detail information in order to accurately identify customer requirement\nProper documented liaison/ communication with resource coordinators to ensure inputs of key stakeholders and resource capability.\nOversee accurate booking of resources in accordance with production needs.\nCoordination of meetings to ensure effective communication among stakeholders\nOn time completion and submission of production reports to management\nLEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:\nAddress all queries and complaints.\nNo unattended to customer queries/ complaints\nProficient, prompt and functional support/ advice to customers at all times\nOngoing follow ups to determine customer satisfaction\nCompliance with SABC service standards\nOversee efficient scheduling of production times to minimise overtime\nConfirm time and attendance of independent contractors\nINHERENT/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n3/4 year Diploma/ Degree in Project Management (NQF Level 6/7) or similar qualification\nCode B drivers licence\nADVANTAGE:\nPhysical attributes: Must pass the fitness for work assessment\nAbility to work outside, after hours, long hours, weekends, adapt to circumstances and work under pressure\nEXPERIENCE:\nAt least 3 years relevant television broadcast experience at full performer level.\nKNOWLEDGE:\nGood understanding of SABC broadcast operations\nGood understanding of equipment & facilities within broadcasting production environment\nAdvanced understanding of customer requirements\nProviding Technical/Operational Support & Advice\nKnowledge and understanding of SABC HR Policy/Procedures\nKnowledge and understanding of SABC Supply Chain
