role.\n\nHands-on experience with both macOS and Windows.\n\nGood knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.\n\nBasic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, and internet troubleshooting.\n\nGood problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nGood English communication skills.\n\nAbility to work full-time
