Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Software Engineering team within the AI Practice. This role will be instrumental in engineering, enhancing and supporting a real-time voice application underpinned by Generative AI technologies.

You will contribute across both project delivery and production support, including participation in an out-of-hours callout rota. The role focuses on building complex asynchronous systems using modern Python frameworks, integrating enterprise platforms, and ensuring reliable operation of a mission-critical solution for a major financial services client.

This role is customer-facing and will include direct engagement with client technical teams, solution architects and delivery stakeholders.
