Global Head of Strategic Growth - Sabre Payments
We are seeking a Global Head of Strategic Growth to join our global Sabre Payments team, where innovation knows no borders. This team builds a unified payments hub connecting over 150 financial service providers to help airlines, hotels and agencies maximize transaction value. By streamlining how clients pay and get paid, we remove operational friction and open new revenue opportunities across the travel ecosystem. As Global Head of Strategic Growth, you will join the payments leadership team to expand our business, market reach and help our customers to thrive. You will guide organic growth initiatives, identify opportunities in new travel verticals and partner across executive functions to scale business impact. This role requires deep commercial acumen, servant leadership and the confidence to drive high-impact change across C-level stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic organic growth initiatives, strategic expansion and consulting services verticals to help customers scale revenues and reduce operational costs.
- Identify expansion opportunities beyond traditional lines of business into new travel verticals.
- Partner across commercial, product, operations, finance and legal teams to deliver high-value growth initiatives.
- Guide C-level stakeholder relationships across the financial and technology ecosystem to position Sabre as a premier payments partner.
- Use workflow automation and analytics tools to prioritise growt.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 12 years of experience in travel tech, payments, finance and/or corporate treasury with a track record of driving strategic growth.
- Strong expertise in travel industry dynamics, financial ecosystems and managing multi-faceted commercial portfolios.
- Proven capability engaging and influencing executive leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities using CRM tools like Salesforce to track and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to accelerate market analysis and improve decision-making speed.
