OCC is the first responder for all Sabre platforms worldwide that monitor and mitigate potential impacts before they become an issue. The role of the analyst will perform the following through knowledge base driven actions, on the job training and in-depth cross-training with fellow OCC peers and Sabre’s own Service Reliability engineers that will provide the following:\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nApply and follow Sabre ITIL processes.\nSupport operational stability of Sabre applications and infrastructure.\nInitiate calls for technical incidents supporting through resolution.\nSupport triage of incidents and service requests driven by supported knowledge bases.\nRespond to incident alerts in a timely manner.\nSupport day-to-day activities following documented work instructions using pre-defined process, procedures and operational tasks.\nAdhere to operational directives and comply with organizational policies.\nOperate shifts that support a 24/7 environment.\nEXPERIENCE:\nDemonstrate understanding of the following:\nMinimum 1-2 years related experience in Command Center or NOC environments\nFundamental understanding of Service Desk, Command Center or Network Operations environments.\nMonitoring tools. (ex: Splunk, Zabbix, AppD, Google Console)\nA firm foundation in written and verbal communication skills.\nEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\nWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
