This leader will manage strategic customer initiatives and technology programs, cross-functional dependencies, risks, financial planning, and executive reporting while ensuring delivery against business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Planning and Execution\nLead end-to-end execution of complex technology programs and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and milestone tracking.\nCoordinate activities across multiple product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.\nTrack program progress and drive timely resolution of issues that may impact delivery commitments.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to align priorities and execution plans.\nFacilitate cross-functional discussions to manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts.\nDrive accountability across stakeholders while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.\nGovernance and Communication\nEstablish and manage program governance processes, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms.\nPrepare and deliver clear, concise program status updates for leadership reviews.\nCommunicate key milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.\nEnsure transparency into program health and delivery progress.\nRisk and Dependency Management\nIdentify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, and interdependencies.\nDevelop mitigation plans and coordinate execution of corrective actions.\nEscalate critical issues with clear recommendations and supporting data.\nCustomer and Business Alignment\nSupport strategic customer initiatives and business-critical programs.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and success criteria.\nEnsure business priorities are reflected in program planning and execution activities.\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled program management best practices, tools, and processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.\nContribute to organizational learning through lessons learned, retrospective reviews, and process enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.\n7+ years of experience in Technology Program Management, Project Management, Product Delivery, or a related discipline.\nProven experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives in a matrixed organization.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technology delivery practices.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.\nExperience managing program risks, dependencies, and executive communications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting strategic customer programs, airline technology, travel technology, distribution platforms, or digital commerce solutions.\nExperience working across globally distributed teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools.\nPMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification.\nExperience working in a fast-paced technology environment undergoing transformation and growth.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nDelivery of committed program milestones and objectives.\nEffective management of risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.\nImproved visibility and predictability of program execution.\nStakeholder satisfaction and confidence in program governance.\nAchievement of customer and business outcomes.\nContribution to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will play a key role in delivering strategic technology and customer initiatives that drive business value and innovation.
