We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to manage a high-performing and worldwide located team of Payment Solution Specialists. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation and optimization of payment solutions for Agencies, Airlines, and Hotels. You will act as the primary bridge between your team and cross-functional departments (Engineering, Product, commercial teams, etc.), ensuring seamless collaboration. Additionally, you will drive our operational reporting strategy, analyzing team KPIs and customer data to deliver actionable insights that elevate our products and customer success metrics, with special emphasis in process improvements.

What will you achieve?

Team Leadership & Optimization

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payment specialists in pay in solutions, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
• Allocate resources, manage team workloads, and prioritize competing tasks to ensure timely and successful payment solution implementations for our global travel customers.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical customer and commercial team enquiries, onboarding challenges, and technical troubleshooting.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategy

• Act as the primary liaison between your team and software engineering, product management, and commercial departments to ensure payment solutions are customized, secure, and seamlessly integrated.
• Spearhead collaborative initiatives across departments to eliminate bottlenecks, improve internal workflows, and accelerate the time-to-market for new customer payment systems.
• Partner with external stakeholders-including Banks, Fintechs, card networks, Agencies, Hotel and Airlines-to ensure our offerings align with industry regulations and data security standards.

Report Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal reporting systems designed to monitor operational metrics and implementation KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses , translating raw data into strategic insights to present to executive leadership.
• Identify trends, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for process improvement within the payment ecosystem, utilizing data to drive cross-organizational decision-making and challenge the status quo.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Management Experience: Proven track record in managing, coaching, and scaling customer-facing, operational, or technical implementation teams.
• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the Travel Industry, including proficiency in Sabre Host/GDS/CRS/PSS systems.
• Payment Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment processing, fintech tools, and the specific needs of the Agency and Airline industries.
• Cross-Functional Acumen: Demonstrated success leading initiatives that require deep collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Advanced Analytics: Highly experienced in reporting strategy, complex data analysis, and utilizing data to drive operational improvements.
• Communication: Advanced English level (both verbal and written), with exceptional interpersonal skills to comfortably engage with senior executives, direct reports, and key enterprise customers.
• Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical thinking with a proven willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous process improvement.

Nice to Have Skills

• Deep knowledge of Operations areas in Payments, specifically regarding KYB (Know Your Business) processes, enterprise implementations, and Customer Success frameworks.
• Advanced expertise in Travel Payments and emerging fintech compliance standards.
