In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex payment technologies, product vision, and operational execution.\nYou will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant payment solutions-including integration of new payment methods, optimization of existing flows, and migration of legacy infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in the airline and payments industry, a proven track record of delivery, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.\nResponsibilities:\nWorks closely with cross-functional teams to implement payment solutions and ensure seamless integration\nAssists in the development and implementation of payment processing systems for customers\nConducts comprehensive assessments of customer payment processes to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities\nCollaborates with software engineers to customize payment solutions according to customer specifications\nWorks with customers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards\nProvides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during the onboarding process\nAssists in the creation of user documentation and training materials for payment system users\nManages customer relationships and serves as the primary point of contact for payment-related inquiries\nWorks on continuous process improvement and automation.\nSkills:\nStrong Sabre Host/GDS/CRS/PSS skills\nUnderstanding of payment processing and tools\nRelationship management\nProblem-solving and decision-making\nExcellent communicator with proven analytical skills\nTeam leadership and mentorship\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
