You will balance technical leadership and mentorship with hands-on development, writing production code and driving engineering excellence. This position offers high autonomy and is designed for a leader ready to track directly into a Principal Engineer role.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer & Solution Ownership: Partner directly with enterprise clients to discover business needs, design scalable Data & Analytics solutions, and build long-term technical trust.\n\nHands-on Leadership: Own technical design and architectural decisions. Lead the development of critical system components and write production-quality code.\n\nEngineering Excellence: Set high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
