You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, billing, Sales, and customer support to define the product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap.\n Role and Responsibilities:\nDrive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis\nEnsure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle\nManage the product profit & loss (P&L)\nManage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, priorities\nUnderstand/monitor product's competitive and market landscape\nConduct/attend visits, customer touch-bases, focus groups, conferences\nSupport sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teams\nBe the product's subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams\nContribute to scrum team stories, define acceptance criteria\nCreate, refine, prioritize scrum team's backlog, and accept work\nAttend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teams\nProvide product expertise and prioritization of maintenance issues\nConduct demos (internal or external, as needed)\nCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features, managing trade-offs between time, scope, and resources.\nPerformance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the success of the product capabilities, analyze data to make informed decisions, and continuously improve product performance.\nCommunication: Effectively communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal & external stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and/or relevant work experience\nPrevious experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software development, specifically with GUI design and user interfaces.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.\nAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, etc).\nWork arrangement\n3 chosen days from the office in a week, or Remote\nWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
