In this role you will plan, design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nDevelops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing product\nDesigns, plans, develops and improves applications using routine and advanced technology\nWorks on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques\nEncourage high coding standards, using best practices and high quality\nRegularly interacts with subordinate supervisors, architects, product managers, HR, on matters concerning projects, or team performance. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship\nProvides technical mentorship and cultural/competency-based guidance to teams\nProvides larger business/product context. Mentors on specific tech stacks/technologies\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nBusiness or Technical/Engineering Master’s degree from reputed/accredited universities\n2.5+ years of Software Development experience and AI , Agentic AI skills \nExperience working with Agentic AI developer tools and solutions \nHighly proficient in Core Java (Java 8 +) and J2EE technologies with 2.5+ years of experience, deep understanding of data structures with excellent problem solving skills\nComplete understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design & Programming\nHands on Experience with Open Source Frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, EhCache \nHands on experience using Software Design Patterns of GOF, J2EE and related\nStrong Experience in web services development, SOAP and RESTFul using Jersey, Apache Axis, CXF or other frameworks.\nComplete Understanding of relational databases and noSQL databases. Relational DB(Oracle, MySQL) and no sql (Mongo)\nDemonstrated knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems\nExperience with build tools like Maven/Gradle/GIT\nUnderstanding of TDD practices and experience with Unit, System & Integration Testing\nStrong communication skills in English, written and verbal\nExperience on developing microservices preferably using Spring boot\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, Jenkins\nWriting excellent quality code, should have strong hold on junit and related framework\nGood understanding of code quality tools (like Veracode and Sonar)\nStrong hold on data structures, multi-threading \nSelf-disciplined and commitment oriented\nWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
