With AI at its core and operating at unparalleled scale, Sabre transforms insights into innovation, empowering airlines, hoteliers, agencies and other partners to retail, distribute and fulfill travel worldwide.\nTeam Description\nThe Commercial Products Services Delivery team maintains direct contact with customers during and post implementations to deliver and support products and services.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nCustomer service includes communication via telephone, email, chat or through other social media platforms\nSupports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s)\nEnsures delivery of objectives and client expectations are met in accordance with contractual obligations\nWork with various departments to deliver critical support and maintenance services\nConduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products\nInteract with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses\nPost-sale technical support services to customers, including deployment of products, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services\nResponsibilities are within the Service Delivery function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines:product support specialist\nproduct support analyst\nsystems integration engineer\ntechnical support\ncustomer service\ncustomer training\nsales support\n\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nExperience of a minimum of 2 years in the Airline Network Planning and Scheduling products/services area with an Airline or another Products and Services Organization. \nMinimum High School diploma, University student or graduate. Technical experience is a plus\nAdditional Travel Industry background/experience is a plus.\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint\nProven ability to put together compelling presentations. \nProven ability to present to an audience of up to 10 people. \nDemonstrates good time management and priority setting skills\nDemonstrates effective teamwork skills\nDemonstrates ability to work under pressure and handling complexity\nProficient English written and oral communication skills.
