Job Description

Sabre is looking for a talented Sr IT Desktop Engineer. We're searching for a new team member with Good IT desktop support management background, good knowledge with Windows/mas Operating systems and hardware troubleshooting skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as a Sr IT Desktop Support Engineer (L2 support)
• Hands-on experience with Windows/ macOS Operating system environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform is Mandatory, optional Google workspace.
• Knowledge ofActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge in Azure Modern desktop administrator environment.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management suites such as Microsoft Intune and Apple business Manager (ABM)
• Provide high-priority VIP/Executive IT support with minimal downtime tolerance.
• Installing and configuring user’s computer systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Supporting printer devices troubleshooting, managing and corporate printing solutions.
• Supporting Android and iOS mobile devices for Intune application support.
• Manage audio-visual (AV) hardware, conference room systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Responding to IT support requests for any hardware and accessories
• Knowledge in ticketing tools, mainly SNOW service now tool.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Keeping asset management records up to date on an ongoing basis.
• Managing logistic support with asset/ accessories packaging for any requests.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Maintaining good End user relations.
• Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic network (WAN, LAN and wireless) troubleshooting, and support.
• Able to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT desktop support management.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS
• Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
• Experience installing OS, configuring, and troubleshooting IT desktop hardware
• Strong attitude towards teamwork, knowledge sharing and documentation
