It is our people who develop and deliver powerful solutions that meet the current and future needs for our airline, hotel, and travel agency customers.\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION:\nThe EPM systems administrator will be the key contact for Sabre’s EPM systems (HFM and Essbase) with responsibility for maintaining and developing the HFM and Essbase applications.\nIn addition to establishing and maintaining good working relationships internally, this position will participate in various cross-functional organizational initiatives. This position supports Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Internal and External audit.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nKnowledge of HFM 11.2.10 and Essbase.\n\nMaintain three HFM systems (PROD, CERT, TEST) in sync every month by adding new members to the different dimensions per Accounting request.\n\nDevelop/Modify HFM rules as needed per accounting.\n\nDevelop/Modify the FDMEE interfaces that load the data from SAP to HFM (via flat file).\n\nPerform metadata maintenance in DRM for HFM\n\nProvision/Deprovision users from the system as requested.\n\nSupport Accounting and Finance during month end close\n\nMaintain several Essbase databases BSO and ASO on a monthly basis.\n\nSupport Finance during Forecast, Planning and Multiyear Outlook.\n\nProvide support to all users for any Smart View questions they have.\n\nAttend to meetings with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit as needed.\n\nSupport HFM/Essbase reporting via “Financial Reporting Studio”.\n\nDo audit related tasks on a monthly/quarterly basis to be SOX compliant.\n\nProvide reports to Internal/External Audit as needed.\n\nProvide reports to Tax after month end close.\n\nEDUCATION: Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent is required. Understanding of Accounting and Finance basic concepts is required. MBA is a plus. Knowledge of perl is a plus.\nEXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in HFM/FDMEE/HFM Calculator Manager/Essbase/Smartview/DRM.\nKnowledge of Windows server 2012. Knowledge of Maxl scripts.
