Experience with isometrics is a plus.\nResponsibilities:\nInspect the work area and tools daily to ensure all tools and equipment needed is being maintained to OSHA standards and are in safe working order.\nEnsure that all required materials and equipment are readily available for the job.\nStudy and review pipe isometric drawings before fabrication.\nUtilize a diverse range of tools to modify pipes, ensuring they meet specified requirements.\nMeasure and accurately mark pipes for cutting and fabricating, maintaining precision.\nExpertly assemble and tack weld pipe components and systems, adhering to design specifications, so that they can be welded.\nCoordinate with welding manager and shop lead to ensure the correct material needed to complete jobs are readily available.\nEnsure strict compliance with relevant codes and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to read a tape measure.\nMust have a solid foundation in arithmetic, fractions, decimals, geometry, and some trigonometry.\nBlueprint comprehension.\nDedication to excellence and quality.\nExperience working with metal fabrication.\nHands-on working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.\nKnowledge of operating power equipment and machinery.\nKnowledge of Industry specific processes and protocols.\nHigh school Diploma or equivalent.\nMust show up to work on time every day\nDesired Skills & Experience\nMust be able to pass a fit-up test.
