experience with PostgreSQL, messaging/event-driven systems (NATS), and Kubernetes\n\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Prometheus and Graylog, plus automated testing and CI/CD\n\nGood judgment on when to iterate quickly and when to invest in a robust solution from the start\n\nCurious and proactive, with the ability to propose and explain new ideas\n\nClear communication with both
