This is a temporary, W-2, hourly position. This role is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.\nThe HR Generalist will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders, gaining exposure to both strategic and administrative aspects of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects that support our employees and organizational goals. They will have hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee engagement, organizational development and supporting other areas as needed.\nLocation: Onsite Southfield, MI\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment & Talent Acquisition\nWork with our internal and external recruiters to assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and recruitment coordination.\nSchedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.\nSupport internship outreach initiatives (annually September timeframe).\nAssist with maintaining candidate records within the applicant tracking system.\nOnboarding & Employee Experience\nSupport new hire onboarding activities and orientation programs.\nPrepare onboarding materials and ensure completion of required documentation.\nAssist in creating a positive employee experience for new team members.\nHelp coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.\nHR Administration\nMaintain employee files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality.\nUtilizing the Workday system, Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and record management.\nSupport HR audits and compliance-related activities.\nPrepare presentations, communications, and other HR-related documents.\nEmployee Relations & Engagement\nAssist with employee engagement surveys and action planning initiatives.\nSupport company events, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.\nHelp develop employee communications as needed.\nParticipate in special projects related to employee experience and engagement.\nLearning & Development (Open Enrollment, Leadership Program, Talent Assessment, etc.)\nAssist with training coordination and tracking.\nSupport development of training materials and learning resources.\nCoordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and meetings.\nHR Projects & Analytics\nAssist with HR metrics, reporting, and workforce data analysis via Workday.\nSupport process improvement initiatives and HR system updates.\nParticipate in special projects related to talent management, fair and equitable treatment for all, and organizational effectiveness.\nAssisting w/Talent Assessment in Workday\nWhat You'll Gain\nExposure to a broad range of Human Resources functions.\nMentorship from experienced HR professionals.\nHands-on experience supporting a growing global organization.\nOpportunities to participate in strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nEnhanced understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing and technology-driven environment.\nProfessional networking and career development opportunities.\nAbout Clarience Technologies\nAt Clarience Technologies, we empower transportation and industrial markets through innovative solutions that improve safety, visibility, and intelligence.
