For more information, please visit www.kerrindustries.com.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to oversee the creation, tracking, prioritization, and completion of work orders while coordinating vehicle movement and logistics. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nWorking and reporting directly with the Production Manager and Quality Manager, this role will perform all interim and final inspections on our upfitted vehicles.\nCreate, review, update and track work orders from initiation through completion,\nManage invoicing and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.\nEnsure work orders are accurate, complete, and prioritized based on operational requirements.\nCoordinate vehicle scheduling, dispatching, transportation, and delivery activities.\nMonitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.\nLiaise with external carriers to ensure seamless logistics coordination.\nTrack vehicle locations, status updates, and service completion timelines.\nMaintain accurate records of work orders, vehicle movements and related documentation.\nFollow up on outstanding work orders and logistics requests to ensure timely completion.\nAnticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.\nBalances competing priorities while ensuring vehicles are utilized efficiently.\nCommunicates with the sales team for all requests regarding vehicle status\nSupport the Sales Team by generating reports.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and service delivery.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and established procedures.\nCompensation and other Benefits\n$52,000 to $56,000 /Year\nCompensation is commensurate with experience.
