Working with us, you can be innovative, grow, perform at your best and be proud of what we achieve as a company.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervise daily production activities to ensure targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met \nLead, coach, and develop a team of production operators, fostering a positive and accountable work environment \nMonitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine utilization to optimize productivity and minimize downtime \nEnforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies \nConduct regular safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions \nCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution \nAnalyze production data and KPIs (e.g., OEE, scrap rates, throughput) to identify improvement opportunities \nImplement and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices \nEnsure product quality standards are maintained through adherence to SOPs and quality control processes \nTrain new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback and evaluations \nManage shift schedules, attendance, and labor allocation to meet production demands \nTroubleshoot operational issues and escalate critical problems when necessary \nMaintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation \nSupport inventory control and material flow to prevent shortages or overstock situations \nDrive cost reduction efforts while maintaining operational excellence\nOther duties as assigned.\nthat is used for creating requisitions 'from scratch'\nRequirements\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred\n3-7+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment\n2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a production setting\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and equipment operations\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma principles is an asset\nExperience working with production KPIs (OEE, throughput, scrap reduction, downtime tracking)\nStrong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate, and manage diverse teams\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments\nKnowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA or equivalent local standards)\nAbility to read and interpret production schedules, technical documents, and SOPs\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written)\nBasic computer skills; experience with ERP or MES systems is an asset\nAbility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or extended hours as required\nStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities\nDemonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement\nAbility to respond quickly to production issues and operational emergencies \nIf you have the above-mentioned qualifications and are interested in this position, please send you resume (mentioning the job title) to \nWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.\nCandidates for this position must be legally entitled to work in the United States, hold a valid Passport and will be required to show proof as such.
