We are on an exciting growth journey and we’re now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join us. About the role You'll join our data team that develops InsightsHub and Statistics, our customer-facing analytics products; Larix, our model for flagging who's at risk of long-term sick leave; and the data platform underneath. We use agentic coding tools heavily, and expect how we build to keep changing. We care less about which tools you use today than whether you're willing to keep changing how you work. Larix, and how we run models in production generally, is at the centre of this role. We're a small shop, so things move fast and what you build shapes the product rather than a corn
