React Native Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for developing scalable mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless user experiences. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, an ownership mindset, and the capability to work in a fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance mobile components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation and smooth application performance across Android and iOS platforms.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript concepts.
• Good understanding of React Native architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux/Redux Saga.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Git and source code management tools.
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Good debugging and performance optimisation skills.
• Experience working in product-based or fintech organisations.
• Understanding of mobile app deployment processes on the App Store and Play Store.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
