wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nUse user research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions.\nAdvocate for usability, accessibility, and design best practices.\n\nInteraction and Visual Design: \nDesign clean, modern interfaces aligned with Safegold's brand and design language.\nEnsure consistency across products through thoughtful use of components and patterns.\nBalance aesthetics with usability and performance.\nElevate the overall product experience through strong attention to detail and interaction design.\n\nDesign Systems and Scalability: \nContribute to and evolve Safegold's design system.\nCreate reusable components and documentation for scale and efficiency.\nWork closely with engineering to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: \nPartner closely with product managers to define problems and explore solutions.\nCollaborate with engineers throughout the design-to-build process.\nWork with growth and marketing teams on product-led campaigns and initiatives.\nPresent design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.\n\nRequirements: \n2-5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design (Senior title based on experience and ownership level).\nFormal education in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or similar.\nStrong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products and problem-solving.\nProficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.\nSolid understanding of UX principles, usability, and design systems.\nBonus: experience in fintech, consumer apps, or data-informed design.\nMindset: User-first thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.\nDetail-oriented with high standards for design quality and consistency.\nComfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly.\nProactive, collaborative, and open to
