You’ll identify and qualify new opportunities, engaging with HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and connect them with our global employment solutions.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to build pipeline, spark meaningful conversations, and generate new business opportunities\nProspect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound follow-up.\n\nEngage German-speaking HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to understand their needs and showcase Safeguard Global’s solutions.\n\nCollaborate with Account Executives to build account strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.\n\nLeverage marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels to drive top-of-funnel activity.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce and provide clear reporting on pipeline health and progress.\n\nHit and exceed KPIs for qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue contribution.\n\nContinuously improve your outreach through coaching, feedback, and collaboration with peers.\n\nWhat will make you stand out:\nProven experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions.\n\nHands-on experience in the DACH market, with a strong understanding of regional business culture and decision-making.\n\nNative or fluent German speaker with strong English skills, both written and spoken.\n\nConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.\n\nCurious, driven, and resilient, motivated to achieve and exceed targets.\n\nSkilled at building rapport quickly and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.\n\nPractical experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.\n\nBased in Germany, combining remote work with events across Germany and occasional office visits to Barcelona.\n\nBase salary starts from €39,000.00 , and an annual sales incentive plan applies.
