You will contribute to client satisfaction, product adoption, and retention while developing the skills and expertise needed to progress within the Client Success career path.\nThis role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow into a successful Client Success career.\nKey responsibilities would include:\nServe as the day-to-day operational point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on requests and inquiries.\nDevelop a strong understanding of each client's business objectives, service utilization, and success measures.\nHelp drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention across your portfolio.\nRespond to client questions through appropriate communication channels, documenting all activities in customer service and CRM systems.\nMaintain accurate client records and account information within Salesforce and other internal platforms.\nEducate clients on Safeguard Global's services, capabilities, and best practices to help maximize value and adoption.\nIdentify potential growth and expansion opportunities and collaborate with your manager to pursue them.\nCapture meeting notes, follow-up actions, and key client insights to build and maintain account knowledge.\nMonitor client health indicators, service usage, and stakeholder sentiment to proactively identify retention risks.\nEscalate risks and concerns with clear documentation and recommendations.\nExecute recurring operational and administrative account tasks, including data updates, record maintenance, and case coordination.\nPartner cross-functionally with Client Care, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.\nContribute to portfolio growth goals through proactive client engagement and opportunity identification.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExcellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to manage priorities effectively across a portfolio of clients.\nA customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.\nStrong relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with operational-level client stakeholders.\nPrevious experience in customer support, customer success, operations, HR administration, payroll administration, or a related field.\nAnalytical thinking with the ability to review reports, identify inconsistencies, and derive insights.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nConsistent and accurate CRM and documentation practices.\nInterest in learning account management, customer success, and global workforce solutions.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nDemonstrated potential and ambition to grow into more advanced Client Success roles.\nWho we are and what we do:\nSafeguard Global is…Global!
