Most importantly, it puts people first!\nThe Regional Entity Management & Compliance Manager will ensure Entity Management complies with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, promoting adherence to applicable policies and procedures, at all times. Actively managing risk and ensuring compliance, whilst proactively identifying issues and developing solutions. Responsible for Managing & controlling all aspects of Entity creation, changes and maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdministration - contribute and ensure that we have one source of truth for accurate Entity information, Documentation & Validation\nMaintain metrics and a reporting framework to accurately articulate project performance where targeted on opening new entities\nSupport the Business Leadership in the implementation of growth plans\nProject Management support and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget.\nLiaising with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address & office, and mandatory licensing and registrations.\nCollaborating with our internal team across; HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing.\nReviewing of legal advice across new countries.\nReviewing and updating processes that will ensure best practices and success.\nAssisting internal teams with business model-related queries.\nKeep up to date on legal/regulatory/tax-based developments or changes that could affect Entity compliance in region\nEnsure the Safeguard Global business is compliant with local regulations and laws.\nActs with the highest level of integrity at all times\nAct in the best interests of Safeguard Global at all times\nWill be clear, open and transparent in your communications with colleagues and customers\nPromptly report any issues (or possible issues) you identify to your manager (or an appropriate member of the senior management team) for consideration and resolution\nNever make any statement that is misleading, false or deceptive\nManage Safeguard Global expenditure on external counsel, ensuring stay within budget\nEvaluate, adapt and apply industry best practices related to entity management methodologies and processes to help improve outcomes on assigned business initiatives.\nSkills & Experience:\n2 - 4 years experience working with Entities\nKnowledge of governance and company entity matters including set up.\nStrong experience of having worked in global business environment.\nExperience in managing third party service providers to deliver requests.\nAddressing escalations and identifying proposed path to resolution.\nProven ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, stakeholders, and management to drive achievement of goals, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus. \nAbility to identify and diagnose problems and develop solutions or improvements independently and provide and supervise the implementation of recommendations.\nExperience of working in a high volume, process driven environment and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nThe ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal business partners, our external network and Senior Leadership\nAbility to influence other internal senior management peers with regards to the entity management strategy\nPossess strong analytical, decision making and prioritization skills\nThoughtful, fast, disciplined execution\nMeasures of Success\nMaintain 100% accuracy and completeness of entity records, corporate documentation, and governance data within designated systems of record.\nDeliver entity incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution projects within agreed timelines and budget parameters.\nAchieve compliance with all statutory filing, licensing, registration, and governance obligations across assigned jurisdictions.\nMinimise compliance risks by proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving entity governance issues before regulatory deadlines are impacted.\nProduce accurate and timely management reporting on entity activity, project progress, compliance status, risks, and expenditure.\nMaintain positive stakeholder satisfaction through effective partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Product, Marketing, and external service providers.\nEnsure external counsel and service provider expenditure remains within approved budgets while meeting quality and service expectations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance entity management processes, governance controls, operational efficiency, and data integrity.\nSuccessfully support the company's expansion strategy through the timely establishment of entities and required registrations in new jurisdictions.\nDemonstrate strong governance oversight by ensuring all entity-related activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nCore Competencies\nTechnical & Functional Competencies\nEntity Management & Corporate Governance\nRegulatory & Compliance Knowledge\nRisk Identification & Mitigation\nProject Management\nProcess Improvement & Optimisation\nFinancial & Budget Management\nData Management, Reporting & Analytics\nVendor & Third-Party Relationship Management\nBehavioural Competencies\nIntegrity & Ethics -
