From resolving HR queries to supporting key employee lifecycle processes, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience.\nHow you will make a difference:\nHandle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.\nEnsure compliance with regional and local employment regulations, internal policies, and established SOPs.\nMaintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and ensure records are regularly updated.\nPrepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.\nCollaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall employee experience\nWhat will give you an advantage:\nAt least 2 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization, preferably in a client-facing role.\nBasic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.\nFamiliarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.\nStrong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nA proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.\nWho we are and what we do:\nSafeguard Global is…global!
