Most importantly, it puts people first!\nWe are hiring a HR Services Manager to join our global team, providing HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Mexico Employment Laws.\nThis position is a key role within the company which will hold responsibility for excellence in Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO), acts as our clients “employer of record” for international employees. We navigate local tax and labor laws, regulations, and benefits, so our clients can get down to business without a moment wasted. We are looking for someone to provide HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Mexico Employment Laws.\nKey responsibilities would include:\nMain point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle.\nWork with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers.\nProactively support the delivery of all the GEO HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.\nDevelop and maintain all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions, and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance.\nManage complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients including but not limited to Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment.\nAdvise clients where necessary on workers career progressions and promotions.\nAdvise clients where possible on salary analysis & recommendations.\nWorker offboarding (voluntary & involuntary) along with retirements.\nAdvise and support Management in HR related responsibilities.\nApply and update, when needed, HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance.\nMaintain employees’ personal data as per local laws.\nParticipate in different projects, as requested by the immediate line manager.\nActively identify gaps in processes and make recommendations/implementchanges necessary to mitigate risk.\nProactively support the GEO Team and Line Management with regular updates on employment law.\nProvide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and when requested.\nWork with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for all workers and provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management.\nManage the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll team ensuring legal Compliance.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, in Human Resources Management or in a related field.\nA minimum of three (3) years of experience as a generalist in a Human Resources role, preferably in a company of international scope.\nKnowledge of the legislations and rules applicable to fields of responsibilities.\nHR experience: Management of Employment Terminations is essential, Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues, Payroll experience is desirable.
