Our ‘Work in Any Way’ model means you’ll have the freedom to choose where and how you work best.\nThe role in a nutshell:\nThe Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the entire employment lifecycle of each worker at Safeguard Global. Key responsibilities for this role involve daily query management, ensuring seamless, efficient, and compliant payroll processing for our clients in collaboration with internal/external providers, generating sales invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate worker payments.\nThis role offers the chance to significantly influence our clients' operations and contribute to their overall success.\nHow you will make a difference:\nManaging changes in employment contracts, including modifications after the initial onboarding such as salary adjustments or provided benefits.\n\nMaintaining and storing all relevant worker documentation throughout the employment lifecycle, following in-country compliance and record-keeping guidelines.\n\nBeing the point of contact for worker queries. Ensuring timely responses to queries received from workers, internal support teams, ICP/ICE, and clients.\n\nWorking through compliant offboards for all workers, whether on indefinite or fixed-term contracts; could involve voluntary or involuntary terminations.\n\nEnsuring background checks are being completed as requested if not finalized prior to the first payroll through Implementation.\n\nAccurate and timely processing of payroll payments to workers.\n\nMaintaining a high level of knowledge on all of the company's payroll policies and governmental regulations impacting payroll preparation.\n\nInvestigating and correcting payroll reports, identifying out-of-balance payroll.\n\nPerforming necessary reviews and approving payroll reports against housed information and client input.\n\nMaintaining KPIs, internal reporting, payroll schedules, and master payroll input on a periodic basis.\n\nWorking with clients to obtain/relay expert in-country requirements during the worker's lifecycle.\n\nManaging the funding/billing process for payroll, completing charging sheets, and generating sales invoices.\n\nWhat will give you an advantage:\nBachelor's Degree\n\n2+ years of practical experience in HR, Finance, or Customer Services\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous\n\nFamiliarity with payroll concepts and knowledge of local payroll legislation for supported countries would be beneficial\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and analytical acumen; adept at identifying, resolving, and mitigating issues\n\nCapacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively\n\nSelf-motivated individual with a proactive approach\n\nExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail\n\nWhy become a Guardian:\nInternational Environment: Grow your network internationally and collaborate across the world.
