How you will make a difference:

As our Product Manager, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement. You’ll work across engineering, design, data, and business functions to develop and execute solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring that innovation aligns with real customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations, with a focus on delivering impact.

• Turn strategy into impact by prioritizing and delivering high-value product initiatives that drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Balance long-term innovation with rapid delivery, continuously creating value while keeping momentum and focus on what matters most.
• Champion the voice of the customer, using qualitative insights, data, and market research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.
• Lead product discovery with curiosity and purpose, validating ideas, testing assumptions, and running experiments to ensure we're solving the right problems before building solutions.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, and business teams to bring customer-centric products to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Influence through storytelling and insight, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives that inspire alignment and action.
• Be the connector between business and technology, ensuring teams are aligned around shared goals, priorities, and outcomes.
• Drive successful product launches and adoption, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Own product success from concept to delivery, defining key metrics, measuring performance, and continuously optimizing to improve results.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure your products and features are delivered effectively, creating tangible value for customers and the business.

What will make you stand out:

• Previous experience leading products from discovery through to delivery, with a track record of turning ideas into impactful outcomes.
• Strong product management expertise, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical priorities to drive results.
• Experience leading product discovery, validating problems, testing ideas, and shaping solutions.
• Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact customer outcomes and business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across teams.
• A collaborative mindset, partnering effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate product vision, strategy, and outcomes with impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and insights to prioritise effectively and measure success.
• A passion for continuous learning and innovation, always seeking new ways to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience in HR Tech, Payroll, or Workforce Management is highly advantageous
