Most importantly, it puts people first!\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the management and ongoing optimization of Safeguard Global’s Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Administrator, this role will help maintain the day-to-day operations of Service Cloud, support system enhancements, and assist with user requests and troubleshooting. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with support and operations teams to translate business needs into platform configurations, automation, and reporting capabilities that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.\nWhile the primary focus of this role is Service Cloud, the administrator should maintain a general awareness of Sales Cloud functionality to ensure alignment across the broader Salesforce ecosystem.\nThis role will also support the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, helping implement automation and intelligent service workflows that enhance support operations and improve the overall customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring system stability, usability, and performance.\nWork closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to implement system enhancements and platform improvements.\nConfigure and maintain Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows.\nAssist with user management, including account setup, permissions, and role-based access controls.\nProvide frontline support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues and responding to support requests.\nCollaborate with operations and support teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.\nAssist with maintaining data quality and integrity through monitoring, data cleanup, and governance practices.\nSupport testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features.\nAssist with the configuration and monitoring of AI-powered capabilities such as Agentforce agents and service automation workflows.\nCollaborate with technical teams to define, test, monitor, and troubleshoot MuleSoft integrations that enable reliable data exchange and workflow synchronization between Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, Workday, and other business platforms\nDocument system configurations, processes, and user guides to support internal knowledge sharing.\nMaintain awareness of Sales Cloud processes and data structures to ensure alignment across the Salesforce platform.\nSkills and Experience Required:\n3 - 5 years of experience working with Salesforce\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred\nExperience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud environments.\nProfessional/Advanced fluency in English (written and verbal).\nKnowledge of day to day workings in AWS Telephony platform for inbound and outbound contact handling\nWorking knowledge of MuleSoft integration capabilities, connectors, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and flow monitoring to support integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and platforms such as Jira and Workday\nBasic familiarity with Sales Cloud concepts and objects to maintain cross-platform awareness.\nExperience configuring Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.\nExposure to Salesforce Flow or automation tools is preferred.\nExperience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business needs into technical configurations\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.\nWho we are and what we do:\nSafeguard Global is…Global!
