become a trusted talent advisor to the client, consistently deliver hiring outcomes, influence strategic workforce decisions, and elevate the performance of the wider recruitment team through coaching, expertise, and leadership without formal people management responsibility.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Partnership & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for an assigned RPO client account, division, business unit, or project.\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key business stakeholders.\nProvide market insights, talent intelligence, hiring trends, and consultative recommendations to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.\nFacilitate regular business reviews, hiring updates, and operational discussions with client stakeholders.\nDrive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nInfluence hiring decisions through expertise in talent acquisition best practices and market dynamics.\nRecruitment Delivery\nManage end-to-end recruitment activity across assigned functions or business areas.\nPartner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and recruitment timelines.\nPersonally lead recruitment activity for critical, complex, or high-priority roles.\nWork with the Global Sourcing Team (if applicable) to provide timely feedback on Talent Pools and Longlists.\nEnsure service levels, hiring targets, quality metrics, and time-to-fill objectives are consistently achieved.\nMonitor recruitment pipelines and identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the development of diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.\nTalent Advisory & Workforce Planning\nConsult with client stakeholders on organizational growth plans, talent availability, succession pipelines, and future hiring needs.\nDeliver labour market insights and competitor intelligence to support business decision-making.\nRecommend effective sourcing strategies and innovative attraction approaches for challenging skill sets.\nIdentify emerging hiring trends and proactively adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.\nTeam Leadership & Coaching\nAct as a player-coach within the account team, offering guidance, support, and best practice sharing across Talent Solution Partners and Specialists.\nMentor less experienced team members and contribute to their professional development.\nSupport onboarding of new recruiters assigned to the account.\nFoster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of high performance.\nLead by example through personal delivery excellence and strong stakeholder engagement.\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure recruitment processes comply with client requirements, company standards, employment legislation, and data privacy regulations.\nMaintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and activity tracking.\nAnalyse hiring metrics and use data to drive performance improvements.\nContribute to process optimisation and implementation of best practices.\nSupport account growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey skills, experience, qualifications required:\nEssential\nExperience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or in-house recruitment.\nExperience managing senior stakeholder relationships within complex business environments.\nDemonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines or functions.\nStrong consultative and influencing skills.\nExperience interpreting recruitment data and translating insights into action.\nKnowledge of workforce planning, talent market trends, and sourcing strategies.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nAbility to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.\nFluent in English and ideally additional languages.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting enterprise or multinational clients.\nPrior experience leading recruitment projects, business units, or talent acquisition
