You'll be the bridge between our corporate travel clients and internal teams - keeping these platforms running smoothly, well-documented, and continuously improving as our toolset evolves.\nRequirements\nConfigure, test, and maintain our corporate online booking tools (currently Concur and Atriis), rolling out updates and new features with minimal disruption to client accounts.\nServe as a front-line technical resource for client inquiries, resolving system and booking issues over email and phone in a timely, professional manner.\nOwn documentation for our online booking tools and related processes, keeping departments aligned as products and procedures evolve.\nPartner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support existing client accounts through their online booking tools.\nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep e-commerce services running efficiently.\nManage client profiles within our online booking tools, including manual updates and bulk upload processes.\nLoad and validate client-preferred vendor rates within our online booking tools.\nDeliver training to clients on platform updates and best practices - in person, via webinar, or through written guides.\nAnalyze client usage and performance data to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the client experience.\nLook for opportunities to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce operational costs.\nHelp evaluate and support the rollout of additional online booking tools as our platform lineup grows.\nTravel up to 10% as business needs require.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.\nCertification or hands-on administration experience with at least one corporate online booking tool (e.g., Concur, Atriis, or similar).\n2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital operations role.\n3+ years working within the travel agency industry preferred.\nComfortable with core Microsoft Office tools.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under deadline pressure.\nExcellent written and verbal communication across varied audiences.\nA self-directed approach - comfortable testing solutions, evaluating results, and reporting outcomes independently.\nDetail-oriented without sacrificing speed or quality.\nProven ability to collaborate across teams; this role has no direct reports.\nBenefits\nEmployer-Sponsored Medical and Dental Insurance with Employee Contribution\nFully-Funded Life Insurance (1x salary) & LTD (Long-Term Disability Insurance)\nOptional Employee-Paid Vision Insurance and STD (Short-Term Disability Insurance)\n401k with up to 4% Company Match\nPaid Time Off + Company Holidays\nCollaborative and innovative work environment \nAt Safe Harbors, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
