offerings at www.safelitebenefits.com. \nWhat You’ll Do\nUtilizing the schedule tool, releases complete orders, manages the staging area for pack out and communicates load readiness using Korber. \nPrioritizes inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add on orders. \nManages pick assignments based on the schedule. \nTracks daily productivity, monitors picker performance, and posts updates frequently. \nReports inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators. \nMonitors and proactively responds to communications regarding order flow, staging, and load management. \nPartners with team leads and supervisors to sustain a balanced and optimized pick process to drive productivity. \nDemonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by management as needed. \nWhat You’ll Need\nMust be 18 years of age or older. \nAdministrative or coordination supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations is required. \nComfort using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \nExperience with or willingness to learn Oracle and AS/400. \nComfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts. \nA solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.
