Let us be the best place you'll ever work.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Manager, Inventory Control is responsible for leading and optimizing enterprise-wide inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and operational compliance. This role provides oversight of inventory reconciliation, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and system controls while fostering cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Information Technology. The position serves as a key partner in supporting effective inventory governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the organization.\nWhat you will do\nLead, manage, and develop inventory control associates and inventory accounting processes\nOversee inventory reconciliation activities, variance investigations, and cycle count programs to ensure timely issue resolution and inventory accuracy. \nPartner with all Finance departments on inventory close requirements and reconciliations. \nPrepare accounting entries and review/approve general ledger reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting and compliance\nProvide expertise and actively participate in all inventory control related company initiatives.\nMonitor inventory accuracy metrics and compliance standards. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement\nDevelop and distribute inventory control reporting delivering meaningful insights to leadership while supporting operational and financial decision making. \nLead root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address inventory discrepancies and strengthen internal controls. \nSupport audits and system implementations ensuring adherence to control requirements and successful execution of business objectives\nWhat you will need\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience\n5+ years of progressive experience in Inventory Control, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related disciplines.\nInventory control leadership experience Required\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency\nOracle Fusion and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred\nWhat You Will Get:\nCompetitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.\nTotal job benefits valued at more than $10k*.
